From Zero to Tuna
Would you like to learn how to properly swim freestyle or improve your swimming technique? Then From Zero to Tuna could be just what you're looking for. This free introductory course helps beginner swimmers build their skills and confidence in the water over the course of three weeks.
The course takes place at Hofbad in The Hague and is aimed at new swimmers who would like to develop their technique, speed and confidence while swimming. Please note that a swimming certificate is required.
