Confidential Advisor for Misconduct If you have experienced (or are experiencing) misconduct—such as (sexual) harassment, bullying, aggression, violence, or discrimination—you can contact our confidential advisors for misconduct. They are independent, and everything you discuss with them remains strictly confidential.
What can a confidential advisor do for you? The confidential advisors for misconduct are here to:
- Provide a safe space, offer advice, and give support.
- Inform you about the different ways to resolve the issue or file a formal complaint.
- Guide you if you wish to pursue mediation or if you want to submit a complaint to the complaints committee.
- Ensure you receive adequate aftercare if necessary.
Complaints Committee for Misconduct You can file a formal complaint with the Complaints Committee for Misconduct. This may lead to disciplinary action. The confidential advisor can tell you more about this and assist you with filing the complaint if needed. Your complaint will always be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
