Looking for something new? Try Aerial Yoga: a unique class that lets you experience yoga in a different way.
In this class, you perform yoga poses using a large, soft fabric hammock that supports as you hang above the ground. It creates a playful combination of effort and relaxation, allowing you to challenge your body in a new way. Hanging in the hammock reduces pressure on your spine, giving you a sense of space and freedom in your movements.
Aerial Yoga is suitable for different levels and offers a complete workout: you build strength, improve your balance and flexibility, while also taking time to unwind.
Class times
You can join Aerial Yoga at the following times:
- Friday – 20:00–20:55
- Saturday – 09:00–09:55
- Saturday – 10:00–10:55
