We would like to inform you about several current matters regarding our new building and the USC app.

First of all, we are noticing that there are still some so-called “teething problems” in the building. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we are working hard to resolve everything as quickly as possible.

Showers (hot water)
At the moment, there is an issue with the hot water in the showers. Unfortunately, something went wrong during installation, which meant a new component had to be ordered. The contractor is currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Problems logging into the USC app (SURF)
In addition, some athletes are experiencing problems logging into the USC app via SURF. Users may get stuck on a blue screen or be unable to log in at all. This issue is affecting all USC locations in the Netherlands that use SURF login.

An update to the app was carried out on March 9, and we hoped this would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this has not yet been successful. A solution is expected to be implemented in May.

What can you do in the meantime?
Athletes experiencing this issue can temporarily log in using a private email address instead of their SURF account. This can be arranged at the reception desk. They will be happy to assist you and provide a temporary password.
