Fresh air, mud, and pure willpower

Are you done with the walls of the gym? Bootcamp Outdoor is the ultimate way to get fit in the open air. Rain or shine: we keep going. This training combines the best of HIIT, running, and functional strength exercises. You use the environment as your gym: benches, grass fields, and hills become your training buddies.

At the USC, every bootcamp is different. One time you are dragging car tires, the next time you are doing sprints and burpees until you can't go anymore. It's tough, it's dirty, but the satisfaction afterwards is priceless. Together with the group, you pull each other through.

Discover Bootcamp Outdoor

For the Nature Lover

Why sweat inside when you can do it outside? You enjoy the fresh air and the seasons while working on your fitness.

For the Team Player

Bootcamp is something you do together. You motivate each other to do just that one extra push-up. The group dynamics ensure that you push boundaries you wouldn't reach on your own.

For Every Level

Whether you are a seasoned marine or just getting off the couch: the exercises are scalable. Everyone trains at their own intensity, but we finish together.

All about Bootcamp Outdoor

Where and when do we meet?

We meet at the entrance of the USC main building 5 minutes before the class starts.

Does it continue if it rains?

Yes! Bootcamp is an outdoor sport. Unless the weather is really dangerous (thunderstorm/storm), we just keep going. A little rain and mud only make the training more heroic.

Do I need to register?

No, this class is free walk-in. Just make sure you have a valid sports subscription and arrive on time at the meeting location.
