Do you want visible results quickly? Body Pump is proven effective for burning fat and toning muscles. You burn up to 500 calories per class.

For Beginner and Advanced

The beauty of Body Pump is that you choose your own weight. Are you new? Then start with just the bar or light plates. Are you advanced? Then pile on the kilos. Everyone trains at their own level.

All about Body Pump

I have never trained with weights before, is that a problem?

Not at all! The instructor explains the technique before each track. We recommend beginners start with light weights to master the movement first.

Will I get very bulky from this?

No, that is a myth. Because we work with high repetitions (muscle endurance), you get lean, toned muscles instead of huge muscle mass.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, all materials (bars, weights, steps, and mats) are ready for you in the hall. Just make sure you are on time to set up your equipment.
