Confidence at great heights

Always wanted to walk and dance in heels with full confidence? This is your chance. In this class, it's all about posture, technique, and attitude. You learn not only how to stand stably, but above all how to shine.

At the USC, we build a sexy, feminine choreography over a number of weeks. This can range from sensual floorwork to spicy burlesque or an explosive show routine. The goal? To take your 'stage performance' to a higher level and have you walk out of the room bursting with confidence.

What do you need?

Discover Heels

For the Beginner

Never danced in heels before? Don't panic. We start at the absolute basics: how do you walk properly? If you are still unstable, we recommend a thicker block heel to start with.

For the Performer

Do you want to work on your presence? In this class, we pay a lot of attention to your facial expression and posture. You learn how to grab and hold attention.

For the Confidence Booster

Nothing gives you as much power as rocking a choreography in heels. This class is a huge boost for your self-confidence, both in the dance studio and outside.

All about Heels

What kind of heels should I wear?

This is crucial! Wear heels that fit firmly around your ankle and heel (so no slip-ons). Official dance heels are best, but a bootie with a sturdy (block) heel also works well. Avoid extremely high stilettos if you are just starting out.

Is it only for women?

Certainly not. Everyone who wants to learn to dance in heels and wants to work on their feminine energy is welcome. Come and shine!
