The perfect mix of effort and relaxation

Body Balance offers the perfect middle ground for those who want to relax without stopping their workout. Feeling stiff after long hours of studying, or looking for a moment of calm in a busy week? This class brings together the best elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Set to gentle music, you move smoothly from one exercise to the next.

During Body Balance, you work on a strong core, improve your flexibility and allow your body and mind to unwind. Don’t be fooled by the calm pace: your muscles are constantly engaged as you work to maintain balance. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger, more flexible and with a clear head.

Discover Body Balance

For the Stressed Student

Is your mind constantly busy or do you feel rushed throughout the week? This class helps you slow down and reset. Through flowing movements and focused breathing, you find calm and balance, while still staying active. You’ll leave the class feeling relaxed and re‑energised.

For the Core Builder

Think you need to be flexible to join? Think again. Body Balance is designed to help you become more flexible, step by step. Every exercise can be adapted, allowing you to work at your own level, no matter where you’re starting from.

For the Inflexible

With strong Pilates influences, this class focuses on strengthening your abdominal and back muscles. Your core is engaged throughout the session, improving stability, posture and control. A strong core forms the foundation for nearly every other sport or activity you do.

All about Body Balance

Is it too spiritual?

No. Body Balance is a physical workout. While attention is given to breathing and focus, the emphasis is on actively training your body and muscles. You work on strength, stability and movement control. Not just on meditation or relaxation exercises.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, mats are available in the studio. We do ask that you bring your own towel for hygiene, so you can place it on the mat during the class.

Can I participate if I am injured?

In many cases, yes. The exercises are performed in a calm and controlled manner, making Body Balance suitable if you want to keep moving with a minor injury. Please always inform the instructor before the class. They can offer alternative options or adaptations where needed.
