Are you ready to blow off some steam? Club Battle is the ultimate workout where Eastern discipline meets Western speed. Inspired by movements from karate, boxing, and taekwondo, you challenge yourself both physically and mentally. You are not fighting an opponent, but your own limits.

At the USC, this class guarantees energy. To uplifting music, you alternate explosive punching and kicking techniques with moments of focus and rest. The instructor (and the beat) pulls you through. It is the perfect way to punch away the stress of a busy day while working on rock-solid fitness.

Is your head full of study or work stress? There is no better therapy than an hour of focused punching and kicking to the beat of the music. You are guaranteed to walk out 'empty' and relaxed.

For Everyone

Young, old, male, or female: everyone can participate. Because you make no physical contact with others, you decide how deep you go and how high you kick.

For the Variety Seeker

Club Battle is a licensed program (just like XCORE). This means we launch a brand new class ('Release') every three months. New music, new moves, new energy. It never gets boring.

All about Club Battle

Do I need experience with martial arts?

A: No, not at all. The movements are inspired by martial arts, but we build it up slowly. It is a fitness class, not a self-defense course. Everyone can join in.

What does a class look like?

We start with a warm-up. Then follow tracks focusing on punches, kicks, or combinations. In between, there are short breaks. We often end with abdominal exercises and a cooling-down in an Eastern atmosphere.

Is it hard?

The intensity is high, but you set your own limits. Want to take it easy? Then kick a little lower and punch less powerfully. Want to go all out? Then give it everything you've got.
