The foundation of everything a rock-solid core

A strong core is more than just a six-pack. It is your muscle corset: the basis of all your movements, your balance, and your posture. Do you often suffer from lower back pain or do you want to perform better in other sports? Then Core Training is essential.

At the USC, we tackle your entire torso in a short, intensive 25-minute session. From dynamic crunches and twists to static planks that make your abs tremble. Sometimes we use small weights, but often your own body is enough challenge. It is tough, effective, and over before you know it.

Do you want to hit harder, turn faster, or jump higher? All power comes from your core. This class is a must for serious athletes.

For the Efficient Athlete

Short on time, but want to train effectively? You are done in 25 minutes. Perfect to combine before or after your own gym session.

All about Core Training

How long is the class?

The class lasts about 25 minutes. That sounds short, but because we focus non-stop on the core, it is more than enough to make your muscles burn!

Is it only for abs?

No, 'core' means center. So we train not only your straight and oblique abdominal muscles, but also your lower back and the deeper stability muscles.

Do I need to be very fit to participate?

No, everyone can participate at their own level. You can often make exercises easier or harder (for example, by planking on your knees instead of your toes).
