All about Pole Fitness

Why do I have to wear shorts?

For grip on the pole, you need skin contact, especially with your legs. In long leggings, you will slide off. Shorts and a sleeveless tank top are therefore essential.

Is it only for women?

Certainly not! Although the text sometimes mentions 'ladies', Pole Fitness is great strength training for everyone. Men are very welcome to test their strength and flexibility.

Do I have to be strong to start?

No, that is a misconception. You BECOME strong by doing it. We start at the basics and slowly build up the strength in your arms, abs, and back.
