Muscle power to the beat of the music

Do you want a leaner and stronger body? PowerPump is THE muscle-strengthening group class where you work with a barbell and weights. To lively, uplifting music, you challenge yourself. The concept is simple but effective: by doing many repetitions with relatively light weights, you build muscle endurance and burn calories.

At the USC, you decide how heavy you train. The coach leads you through the tracks, covering every muscle group. From squats and lunges to presses and curls: your entire body gets a boost. It is fun, challenging, and before you know it, the hour is over.

Discover Power Pump

For the Beginner

Never trained with a barbell before? No problem! The coaches are specially trained to help you. You start with light weights to learn the technique.

For the Advanced

Do you want to keep challenging yourself? Add some extra weight to your bar! Because you choose your own load, you can make the training as hard as you want.

For the Music Lover

Training to music makes everything easier. The beat helps you keep the tempo and drags you through those last repetitions.

All about Power Pump

What exactly do I train?

Power Pump is a balanced full-body workout. Each muscle group gets its own music track: legs, glutes, back, chest, arms (biceps & triceps), shoulders, and abs. Everything is covered.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, the barbells, weights, steps, and mats are ready in the hall. Just make sure you are on time to set up your equipment.

What is the difference with Club Power?

In practice, the classes are very similar: both are group classes with a barbell to music. Power Pump is a general term, while Club Power is a specific licensed program. Check the schedule to see which class is given when.
