Do you want to become leaner, stronger, and fitter? Club Power (formerly ClubJoy Power) is THE group training where you work with a barbell and weights. The principle is simple: 'high reps, low weight'. By doing many repetitions with relatively light weights, you burn fat and build muscle endurance.

At the USC, fun and effectiveness come first. To compelling music, you tackle all major muscle groups in one hour: from squats for your legs to presses for your chest. The coach motivates you to go that extra mile. You feel more energetic, powerful, and walk out of the room with a satisfied feeling.

Do you want to get fitter quickly and shape your body? Club Power is extremely effective. You burn a lot of calories and work on muscle definition at the same time.

For Everyone

Man, woman, young, old, beginner, or advanced: Club Power is accessible to everyone. Because you determine the weight on your bar yourself, you always train at your own level.

Training together motivates. The group and the music drag you through the last heavy repetitions. It is fun AND effective.

All about Club Power

I have no experience with weights, is that a problem?

Not at all! Our specially trained coaches explain the technique and help you get started. We recommend beginners start with light weights to learn the movements properly.

What exactly do I train?

Really everything! Each muscle group gets its own music track. We train legs, glutes, back, chest, arms (biceps & triceps), shoulders, and abs. A complete full-body workout.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, the barbells, weights, steps, and mats are ready in the hall. Just make sure you are on time to set up your 'station'.
