Do you want to become leaner, stronger, and fitter? Club Power (formerly ClubJoy Power) is THE group training where you work with a barbell and weights. The principle is simple: 'high reps, low weight'. By doing many repetitions with relatively light weights, you burn fat and build muscle endurance.
At the USC, fun and effectiveness come first. To compelling music, you tackle all major muscle groups in one hour: from squats for your legs to presses for your chest. The coach motivates you to go that extra mile. You feel more energetic, powerful, and walk out of the room with a satisfied feeling.
