Climb mountains and win the sprint

After 30 kilometers of racing and three tough climbs, everything comes down to that final mass sprint. Do you have the explosive power and stamina to cross the line first? Spinning at the USC is top sport set to music. Led by motivating instructors, you pedal yourself to rock-solid fitness.

We train on award-winning IC7 bikes. These high-tech machines measure your power (Wattage) with extreme precision and show your performance in five color zones on the screen. This way, you always train at your personal level, whether you have Tour de France ambitions or just want to break a sweat.

All about Spinning

Do I need cycling shoes?

No, you don't have to. The pedals have an SPD click system for cycling shoes on one side and a toe clip (cage) for regular sports shoes on the other. Cycling shoes (SPD) are recommended for better power transfer.

What is the difference between live and virtual?

In live classes, an instructor stands in front of the group motivating and coaching you to music. In Virtual Spinning (30 min), you follow a route on a large screen without an instructor. You need to register for Virtual Spinning via the app.

Is it hard for beginners?

The beauty of Spinning is that you determine the resistance yourself. The instructor indicates how heavy it should feel ('climb' or 'flat'), but you turn the knob yourself. Everyone cycles at their own level.
