At the USC, we focus on 'explosive strength' in this class. Using dumbbells and your own body weight, you alternate fast cardio routines with tough strength exercises. Your heart rate skyrockets, your muscles burn, and you burn calories like crazy. It is the perfect workout for anyone who wants to give their all in one hour.

Don't feel like doing cardio one day and strength the next? X-Energy combines the best of both worlds in one efficient class.

For the Energy Bomb:

The name says it all: this class is about energy. If you like pace, dynamics, and training to music, you are in the right place.

For Every Level:

Because you work with free weights (dumbbells) and your own body, you can adjust the intensity yourself. The instructor provides options for beginners and advanced participants.

What kind of exercises do we do?

Think of a mix of squats, lunges, and presses with dumbbells, alternated with cardio exercises like jumping jacks, burpees, or high knees. Everything aimed at explosiveness.

Do I need to bring my own weights?

No, the dumbbells and other materials are available in the hall. You choose the weight that suits your level.

Is it similar to Club Power?

Club Power focuses more on pure strength and muscle endurance with a barbell. X-Energy is more dynamic, contains more cardio elements, and uses loose dumbbells for more freedom of movement.
