For the Beginner

Never thrown a kick before? No worries. We always start with the basics. Our trainers ensure that the classes are accessible, challenging, and safe for everyone.

For the Advanced

Do you have experience? Then you can indulge yourself in technical training, pad work, and light sparring. Refine your technique and test your skills against other experienced athletes.

For the Fitness Beast

Make no mistake: martial arts is a top sport. After the 15-minute warm-up, you are already sweating profusely. It is the perfect way to get fit and burn calories.

All about Kickboxing

Do I need my own gear?

No, gloves and shin guards are available at the USC. For hygiene, we do recommend bringing your own inner gloves/wraps and a mouthguard (or purchasing them).

Is sparring mandatory?

We often do 'light sparring' to put techniques into practice, but this is always done in a controlled manner and with respect. Safety and fun come first.
