Forget the idea that yoga is just sitting still. Power and Vinyasa Yoga are powerful, dynamic classes where sweat is guaranteed. The core? 'Flow'. You move from one pose to another to the rhythm of your breathing.
At the USC, we offer both styles. Vinyasa Yoga is like a dance: poses flow into each other, supported by conscious breathing. You find balance and peace, while your muscles are working hard. Power Yoga takes it a step further: here we connect fitness with yoga. Less spirituality, more muscle strength, stamina, and heat. Whichever style you choose, you leave the room stronger and with a clear mind.
Do you find Hatha Yoga too slow? Vinyasa and Power Yoga keep the pace up. You are constantly moving, which provides a real workout experience.
Especially Power Yoga focuses on physical challenge. You build muscle strength in your entire body, without using weights.
Whether you can touch your toes or not: our instructors offer options for every level. You will naturally become more flexible and stronger by doing it.
