The ultimate core training with Reactive Impact

Forget boring sit-ups. XCORE (Extreme Core) is the ultimate workout for your abs, back, and hips. In this explosive 45-minute class, you use the XCO-trainer: a red tube filled with grit. Every time you move the tube, the grit shifts back and forth. This 'Reactive Impact' forces your muscles to work extra hard to absorb the shock.

At the USC, we go all out for 45 minutes to the best hits of today. It is simple, dynamic, and super effective. You burn calories, strengthen your connective tissue, and build a rock-solid muscle corset. Whether you are a beginner or advanced: with the different sizes of tubes, you decide how hard you make it.

All about Xcore

What exactly is that red tube?

That is the XCO-trainer. It is filled with granulate (grit). When you move the tube, the mass follows. Your muscles have to absorb that delayed impact, which ensures a more intensive workout than with regular weights.

Is it hard for beginners?

You can choose from four different sizes of tubes (S, M, L, XL). As a beginner, you start with a lighter tube. The movements are simple to follow, so you can jump right in.

What is 'Reactive Impact'?

That is the effect of the moving grit in the tube. It provides an extra load on your muscles and connective tissue at the beginning and end of each movement. This allows you to train more effectively in less time.
